	The association is made up of 21 schools that are located in Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Málaga and Sevilla.
	The FEDELE member schools accept and sign the following Document: Legal standing o They are constituted according to Spanish legislation regarding teaching centres and their activities will be carried out as such.. o They comply with national, autonomic and local legal codes. o They are subject to the trade agreement of non regulated teaching.
	En noviembre de 2005 MELKART se ha incorporado como Centro Acreditado a la "Red de Centros Asociados" del Instituto Cervantes. Esto supone el reconocimiento de un nivel de calidad en la enseñanza del español como lengua extranjera y de los servicios que presta la escuela, conforme a los requisitos y condiciones establecidos por el Instituto Cervantes. Since November 2005 MELKART has formed a part of the Network of Cervantes Institute Associated Centres . An accredited centre is a teaching institution which the Cervantes Institute has expressly recognised as a centre which offers a high level of quality in all the services it provides, in accordance with the requirements and conditions established by the Cervantes Institute. MELKART bildet seit November 2005 Teil des Netzes akkreditierter Zentren des Cervantes-Instituts. Ein akkreditiertes Zentrum ist dasjenige Zentrum, welches das Cervantes-Institut ausdrücklich als Lehrstätte anerkannt hat, die Qualität auf hohem Niveau in allen ihren Dienstleistungen bietet und im Einklang mit den vom Cervantes-Institut erstellten Anforderungen und Bedingungen steht .

	Als Arbeitnehmerin und Arbeitnehmer hast Du aufgrund einer Regelung der Bundesregierung aus dem Jahr 1976 das Recht auf individuelle Fort- und Weiterbildung. Da Bildung jedoch in die Zuständigkeit der Bundesländer fällt, gibt es in jedem Bundesland eine eigene gesetzliche Regelung. Die Sprachreisen müssen im jeweiligen Bundesland von der zuständigen Behörde anerkannt sein. Anspruch auf Bildungsurlaub hast Du in der Regel, nach 6-monatiger Betriebszugehörigkeit. Die Dauer des Bildungsurlaubs beträgt meistens 5 Tage pro Jahr, wobei der Bildungsurlaub auch innerhalb von 2 Jahren zu einem Block von 10 Tagen zusammengefaßt werden kann. Dies ist bei Sprachkursen besonders empfehlenswert. Die tägliche Unterrichtsdauer darf 6 x 45 Minuten (30 Wochenstunden) nicht unterschreiten.
