Conditions
All the courses at Melkart include:
* Previous Level-test
* Didactic equipment: textbooks and other materials
* Cost of Complementary activities
* Organization of extracurricular activities
* Information and advice about Cádiz
* Loan of books and other equipment
* Free Internet access and Wi-Fi
* Linguistic exchange TANDEM
* Attendance and level certificate
The courses at Melkart
do not include:
Airport transfer service,
travel insurance, enrolment fee (30€), cost of extracurricular
activities, final examination CELEM (20€).
All course and accommodation
fees are in Euro (€).
The minimum age of
students is 16 years; students younger than 18 years need
written authorization from their parents. Centro Melkart accepts
no responsibility for any accidents that may occur outside
of the school, nor for loss or theft of personal property
on our premises.
Travel insurance can
be obtained through the school, if required.
Registration
* Complete the enrolment
form and send it to us.
* After we have received your enrolment form, we will confirm
the availability of your request by e-mail, including the
total amount of course and accommodation fees to be paid.
At the same time, we ask you for a deposit of 120 € which
will be deducted from the full amount. If the deposit is not
received within the prescribed period, we reserve the right
to cancel the booking.
* On receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your enrolment
at Centro Melkart. You will receive the course confirmation,
a written level test and information about train and bus schedules
for you arrival to Cádiz by e-mail.
* The remainder of he course and accommodation fees must be
paid before the course starts or during the first days of
the course at the office.
Note: Please include
your name and the course dates in case of wire transfers.
All bank charges have to be paid by the student.
- All credit card
payments are subject to a commission charge of 3%. Please
give us by telephone or fax the card type, card number, expiry
date and the 3-digit security code that is printed on the
back of the card.
Classes, omitted because of public holidays, could neither
made up on another date nor be refunded.
1.- If you wish to register for any of our courses, you should
fill in the registration form online.
You will receive the booking confirmation within 2 working
days, normally 24 hours

b) Once we have received the form and deposit, you will be
informed, by return post, of the registration and accommodation
booking.
c) Classes, omitted because of public holidays, could neither
made up on another date nor be refunded.
3.- If for any reason, there are no places for the course
you have chosen, you will be immediately informed and the
school will send the deposit back.
4. Cancellations must
be made by registered post/fax. The cancellation date will
be the date on which received the registered letter and not
the date on which it was sent.
In case of cancellation
of your booking we will apply the following charges:
* If you cancel the
reservation 20 days before the beginning of the course, the
school will retain the advanced payment of 120 €. However,
this fee will remain valid for another course within the same
year.
* If you cancel the reservation within less than 20 days prior
to your scheduled arrival, you are required to pay 2 weeks
of Standard course and accommodation.
* If the applicant has already started the course and then
wants to discontinue, no refund for either the course or the
accommodation can be made.
5.- The total amount must be paid during the first week or
before the beginning of the course.
