Conditions
All the courses at Melkart include:
* Previous Level-test
* Didactic equipment: textbooks and other materials
* Cost of Complementary activities
* Organization of extracurricular activities
* Information and advice about Cádiz
* Loan of books and other equipment
* Free Internet access and Wi-Fi
* Linguistic exchange TANDEM
* Attendance and level certificate
The courses at Melkart
do not include:
Airport transfer service,
travel insurance, enrolment fee (30€), cost of extracurricular
activities, final examination CELEM (20€).
All course and accommodation
fees are in Euro (€).
The minimum age of
students is 16 years; students younger than 18 years need
written authorization from their parents. Centro Melkart accepts
no responsibility for any accidents that may occur outside
of the school, nor for loss or theft of personal property
on our premises.
Travel insurance can
be obtained through the school, if required.

b) Una vez que recibamos el boletín y el depósito,
será comunicada a vuelta de correo la inscripción
así como la reserva del alojamiento.
c) Los días festivos oficiales no se recuperarán,
ni se devolverá el importe de los mismos.
3.- Si por cualquier circunstancia no quedasen plazas para
el curso elegido en la fecha solicitada, el Centro informará
inmediatamente al solicitante y le devolverá el depósito.
4. Cancellations must
be made by registered post/fax. The cancellation date will
be the date on which received the registered letter and not
the date on which it was sent.
In case of cancellation
of your booking we will apply the following charges:
* If you cancel the
reservation 20 days before the beginning of the course, the
school will retain the advanced payment of 120 €. However,
this fee will remain valid for another course within the same
year.
* If you cancel the reservation within less than 20 days prior
to your scheduled arrival, you are required to pay 2 weeks
of Standard course and accommodation.
* If the applicant has already started the course and then
wants to discontinue, no refund for either the course or the
accommodation can be made.
5.- El importe total debe ser pagado durante la primera semana
del curso o antes del comienzo del mismo
6.- Si se produce la anulación del curso o de una parte
una vez comenzado el mismo, no se devolverá el importe
total correspondiente al curso y al alojamiento
7.- Todos los gastos de envío del dinero y comisiones
bancarias correrán por cuenta del solicitante.
